SHM is led by Patrick K. SHEMA, a DevSecOps and software engineer with over five years of hands-on experience building and running production systems across government, healthcare, and enterprise environments.
That experience covers the full delivery lifecycle: architecture and capacity sizing, integration and security testing, primary and disaster-recovery deployment, go-live, then training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
